The Oregon Garden

We do not provide catering on-site, but do require that you utilize one of our several Approved caterers. If your guest list is under 80, you are welcome to bring your own prepared food, however we do not allow unapproved caterers on site.

Yes! We have plenty of parking. Between our lower lot and main garden parking lots, we can comfortably fit over 400 vehicles at a time.

We also do not provide alcohol service, but we allow any OLCC permitted bartender with proper liquor liability insurance and a business license. Many of our Caterers have bartenders available.

We do not provide on-site coordination. We encourage you to hire one as it will make your planning & day so much easier!

We require a deposit of 50% venue rental to hold your event date, along with a signed contract. The remaining 50% venue rental, along with proof of event insurance & a $1,000 refundable security deposit, are due two weeks before the event.

Please note that the Garden and the Resort are completely separate entities. The Resort is fantastic, and we highly recommend staying there! However, they will have no knowledge or information about your event. If you have guests staying there, please let them know that Resort staff will not have any answers to their event related questions, included but not limited to location, golf carts, etc.

The Oregon Garden is ADA accessible, and we are committed to welcoming guests of all abilities! Throughout the Garden, paths include a variety of surface materials - including asphalt, bark, and gravel—which may vary in accessibility depending on an individual's mobility needs or assistive devices. A 1.4-mile paved pathway provides wheelchair- and power scooter-accessible access to most of our 20+ specialty gardens. Please note that our Bosque and Discovery event venues are located within the Garden and require guests to travel up to approximately one-third of a mile from the main parking area and amenities. While many guests enjoy the scenic walk, couples expecting a significant number of elderly guests or individuals with mobility limitations should consider whether these venues are the best fit for their event. For events where ease of access is a priority, the Grand Hall is our most accessible venue, with a dedicated parking lot located roughly 240 feet from the building entrance, minimizing walking distance for guests. We are happy to discuss the layout, walking distances, and accessibility features of each venue to help you choose the location that will provide the most comfortable experience for your guests.
