We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance for peak event seasons (Spring and Fall) and corporate holiday party dates. However, we do our best to accommodate short-lead corporate and private requests based on schedule availability.
To lock in your date, we require a signed proposal and deposit. However, long before you sign anything, you will already have a clear visual blueprint of what we can create for your event.
