The home was built circa 1925 and donated in 1979 to the Seneca Woman's Club (a 501(c)(3) non-profit) with the intent to have a place where woman's clubs can meet. The Ballenger House is an over 4,400 square foot venue on two floors. Forty-eight people can be seated inside while the outside can seat well over a hundred.
