Founded by Nick and Chef Sandra Lockard, Taza Catering & Events specializes in chef-crafted Coastal European and Modern American cuisine. Every dish is made from scratch by Chef Sandra — personally crafted, never pre-packaged, always made with intention.
Our full-service catering comes to your venue of choice. We are fully mobile and travel with our crew — uniformed, professional staff who handle setup, service, continuous bussing and full breakdown from start to finish. On-time arrival for every event, every time.

Taza serves chef-crafted Coastal European and Modern American cuisine. Every menu is designed from scratch by Chef Sandra Lockard — drawing from her upbringing in Cairo, Egypt and her travels through Greece, Cyprus, Spain, France, and Italy.. We also offer pre-set packages. Every menu is custom-built around your event vision and guest profile.
Taza accommodates gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free dietary needs for every event. Halal, grass-fed, and organic meat options are available upon request. All dietary accommodations are clearly labeled at the event so every guest feels included and well-informed.
