Founded by Nick and Chef Sandra Lockard, Taza Catering & Events specializes in chef-crafted Coastal European and Modern American cuisine. Every dish is made from scratch by Chef Sandra — personally crafted, never pre-packaged, always made with intention.
Our full-service catering comes to your venue of choice. We are fully mobile and travel with our crew — uniformed, professional staff who handle setup, service, continuous bussing and full breakdown from start to finish. On-time arrival for every event, every time.

Taza serves chef-crafted Coastal European and Modern American cuisine. Every menu is designed from scratch by Chef Sandra Lockard — drawing from her upbringing in Cairo, Egypt and her travels through Greece, Cyprus, Spain, France, and Italy.. We also offer pre-set packages. Every menu is custom-built around your event vision and guest profile.
Taza accommodates gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free dietary needs for every event. Halal, grass-fed, and organic meat options are available upon request. All dietary accommodations are clearly labeled at the event so every guest feels included and well-informed.
Taza offers full-service staffed events — uniformed professional staff handle setup, continuous bussing, service, and full breakdown from start to finish. Drop-off delivery with setup and presentation is also available for more casual events. We'll recommend the right service level based on your event type and guest count.
Yes. Taza Catering & Events can provide COI documentation for venues that require it. This is standard for our corporate and large-scale event clients.
We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance for corporate events and 3-6 months for weddings and large celebrations. However we accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows — contact us to check your date.
Yes. Private tastings are available by appointment at our Old Town Scottsdale tasting room, where you'll meet Chef Sandra and taste a selection of menu options before committing. Contact us to schedule your tasting appointment.

Menus are fully custom, always Sandra's scratch recipes. Our co-founder Nick Lockard brings 14 years of process engineering and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to our logistics and operations — which is why on-time arrival and flawless execution are engineered into every event we run.
