• We require a signed contract and a deposit up front. The contract guarantees date, time, payment, and our services.

• If we don’t have the song that the client wants, we will get it.
• We will provide the client, venue, and coordinator with a detailed timeline of the events for the day.
• We will always arrive anywhere from 1 -1.5 hours before the event to set-up.
• If the client has any questions or comments, we’re available via phone/text/email and will provide prompt responses.
