Marlsgate is an elegant estate just 14 miles from downtown Little Rock, surrounded by Bearskin Lake, pecan orchards, and cotton fields. A classic Greek mansion, the main house is four stories, with 30 rooms, and 12 fireplaces. Filled with original art, curated antiques, sculptures and stories, it is a true Arkansas treasure.
