Hello Felisha, Modern Art Theater and Dance Academy is a beautiful 3000+ square feet space, beautiful for many occasions. -Big open lobby space - large dance studio rooms with speakers and disco lights -3 bathrooms -max occupancy 75 -Mini fridge and freezer -Parking lot -Nearby to many restaurants that will cater to your event -4 white folding tables, 40 folding chairs, two benches -You can bring your own food -alcohol requires you to obtain your own liquor license -(Add-on*) Event hostess that will set up and clean up for event for you, will coordinate your guests and your event, keeping everything going as scheduled and announcing and facilitating each activity. -(Add-on $50) Obstacle course set up in acro room for the duration of the event. -(Add-on $35 for max 6 people, $5 per additional person) Studio provided craft set up. We charge $125 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours for each event, including set up if necessary. This includes everything listed above. *For an extra $50 *per hour*, the hostess can run your event for you, keep party activities going on schedule, and set up and clean up for you for a hassle free event. We do require a deposit of $150 to hold your date and the hostess time. We will email you a contract that must be signed 2 weeks before the event. We hope to work with you soon!
