Deposit: 25% to hold your date (non-refundable) Final Payment: Due 30 days before your event Cancellation: Full payment required if canceled less than 30 days before the event Capacity: Lodge holds up to 150 guests; outdoor space up to 4,000 Food & Drink: Bring your own catering or use approved vendors; clients must obtain their own liquor licenses Cleaning: $300 fee may be charged if excessive cleanup is needed Weather: Events proceed rain or shine; no refunds for weather-related changes Liability: Event insurance is strongly recommended and may be required Policies: No smoking indoors; pets by approval only; children must be supervised

Proper Permitting will be required. Lessee is the responsible party for acquiring all permits and insurance.
