Catered Events
More than 10 business days' notice: Your deposit will be retained as a credit toward a future event.
Within 7 business days: The full event cost will be charged, less staffing and rental costs. No credit is issued.
Within 5 business days: The full event cost, including staffing and rentals, will be charged. No credit is issued.
Food Orders (Online & Phone)
48+ hours' notice: A full credit will be issued for a future order.
Within 24 hours: No credit or refund is available due to the preparation and resources already committed.
