We do not use a fixed public menu. Every event receives a custom catering direction based on the occasion, guest
count, venue, service style, dietary needs, and the experience you want to create. Our case studies show examples

We prefer at least 72 hours for straightforward catering requests. Weddings, large events, staffed service, themed events, and custom productions should be booked earlier whenever possible.
Yes. That is a central part of our service. Share what you are planning, the people you are serving, and any ideas or preferences you have. We will recommend a direction and build the menu around the event.
Yes. Depending on the event, we can provide pickup, delivery, setup-ready drop-off, or a more involved staffed service. We will recommend the format that best fits the event.
Yes, for qualifying events. Staffing, setup, guest service, buffet management, breakdown, and cleanup responsibilities are defined in the proposal so everyone understands what is included.
Tastings may be available for qualifying weddings and larger custom events. Tasting fees, menu scope, and any credit toward a booked event will be explained before the tasting is scheduled.
We can plan for many dietary needs when they are disclosed early. Because kitchens and suppliers may handle common allergens, we do not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Confirm all allergies and restrictions before booking and again before final production.
We serve Savannah and surrounding communities across coastal Georgia and nearby South Carolina, generally within roughly two hours of Savannah for qualifying events.
