We had our wedding reception in the event room here, and it was lovely. We really didn't need much in terms of decorations (which was nice on the budget!) because the room is so beautiful on its own. The staff were wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about the Event Manager who just went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and happy with everything. We were not too keen on the company requirements for bringing in our own wine as we ended up paying over double the retail price for each bottle just to have wine on the tables for our guests, and the bar drinks were quite expensive too. This was a significant extra cost for this venue, on top of the rental price, which definitely drove up our overall costs. That being said, having the staff clean everything up at the end of the night for us was a definite perk, and it was absolutely lovely on the day and all of our guests enjoyed.

We held my mothers celebration of life luncheon here and it was so elegant and lovely. The staff were great and so helpful. Highly recommend!!
