For groups larger than 100 people, food must be from an insured and licensed food provider. All caterers / restaurants must provide the center with an updated COI to enter the center. Venue rentals with under 100 guests, renter can bring in their own prepared food.
Yes, if alcohol will be served, the renter will be responsible for complying with our bartending service, Bottles Up Mobile and paying for security scheduled by the Event Center staff. The security charge will be included in the agreement with the Saraland Event Center. Bottles Up, Inc will provide their own invoice to the customer for bartending services.
This is negotiable, depending upon what else is scheduled at the Saraland Event Center. We encourage everyone to book the time needed for set up and clean up their event.

Nothing is secure until these two items are complete!
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be responsible for the full rental fee. Saraland Event Center reserves the right to cancel this Agreement due to emergencies, facility issues, or force majeure, in which case all payments will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations over 90 days from event will receive a 100% refund
Cancellations between 61-90 days from event will receive a 75% refund
Cancellations between 31-60 days from event will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund.
