The rental fee includes: • The landscaped, manicured and decoratively lit midway grounds available from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight the day of event including set-up and clean-up time. Music must stop by 11:00 p.m. and grounds must be cleared by midnight. • Access to the grounds for a 2 hour rehearsal on an available day prior to your event. • The stage and dance floor. • Tables, chairs and linens for up to 200 guests (500 capacity). • A large bridal room and a groom’s room, both with a/c and restrooms. • Our event coordinator available during set-up and throughout the wedding and reception. • Security for up to 200 guests. • Alcohol is permitted in limited quantities with our approved licensed bartender and proper insurance coverage. • Lighted grass parking area. • Disposal of trash once lessee has cleaned up premises OR we will clean up all or part for you with remittance of all or part of the cleaning deposit. • Use of The Grove for an extended rehearsal gathering or dinner is available at an extra rate if it's beyond the allotted 2 hours that are included in the rental price. If alcohol is served at the rehearsal, a security guard will be required. • A DJ or Photo montages to music shown at your event are also available for an additional charge through associates.
