The WDPAC is a 490 seat historic theatre in the heart of Sanford, FL. This venue is perfect for corporate presentations and productions with video/movie capability and an incredible sound system. The historic charm will truly impress your guests and employees as we roll out the red carpet and have your name on the lit marquee. In addition to hosting a corporate event here you can host your birthday party, baby shower, reunion and much more. Attached to the theatre is a rehearsal room (The Annex) that doubles as a party hall that can comfortably fit 50 people for a seated dinner or 70 for casual standing room. This room can be rented alone or added as a prep room or VIP room to your theatre rental. Rates are available for theatre, Annex or both. Concessions with snacks, sodas, full liquor bar with beer and wine are in the theatre stocked and sold by our personnel. Parking is restricted to street parking only and a few free lots around the theatre.
