7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 15+ Days Before Event: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 100% full refund. 1–14 Days Before Event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date forfeit a 50% cancellation fee (equal to half of the rental total) to cover the loss of booking availability. Any payments made beyond this 50% amount will be refunded. Same-Day & Post-Delivery: Cancellations made on the day of delivery, or after equipment has already been delivered, are 100% non-refundable. Weather & Outdoor Events: Outdoor events are booked entirely at the customer's discretion. Weather-related cancellations made by the client within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a cash refund. At management's discretion, store credit for a future rental within 12 months may be offered. Company Safety Cancellation: JD's Event Rentals FL, LLC reserves the right to cancel a rental if severe weather conditions threaten the safety of the equipment or our crew. In these rare instances, a full refund or immediate rescheduling credit will be provided. Reductions & Failures: No refunds are issued for unused items or early completion. If our crew arrives and cannot complete a delivery/pickup because the client is missing or unresponsive, a $50.00 missed-trip fee will be invoiced.

We recommend booking your rentals as early as possible, typically several months in advance, particularly for peak weekend dates during the spring and fall seasons.

Renters are responsible for protecting all items from weather and theft. Tables and chairs should be cleared of food and stacked, while linens should be shaken out and dry to prevent mildew before our team arrives for pickup. Please see our Terms and Conditions for exact responsibilities.
