Beautiful Venue for a Lakefront Wedding - An Eventective User from sanford

520 has to be one of the best venues that I have worked in the central Florida area. They have a beautiful view of the water and an excellent ballroom. Vicky is the event manager there and she is super easy to work with. It is also very convenient that they have an outside area for a ceremony and have power for a speaker system as well. If your looking for an affordable venue in central Florida for your next event, I defiantly recommend 520!!!

Great venue for a wedding! Beautiful scenery for pictures. - An Eventective User from sorrento, FL

We had our wedding here and it was fabulous! It is on the water and has great scenery for pictures. They have an outdoor ceremony spot, but due to weather we had to move it inside. They still had a walkway and guests seated to the sides. We used Vicky as our wedding coordinator and she was awesome. I did schedule the vendors, but she took care of everything the day of and it made the day stress free for me. Would highly recommend this venue.

Perfect location for your event - An Eventective User

We hosted a baby shower for my daughter and son-in-law at 520 on the Water this past Saturday. Completely positive experience from quick call back (10 minutes) to the final minutes of the event. Met with owner, Judy, who was accommodating and sweet to work with. She will make sure you have everything you need for your event as well as help finding anything more that you need. She’s prepared with staff, tables, chairs, linens, kitchen, beautiful views and a family friendly atmosphere. Wonderful venue and experience!
