* A deposit of $50 for a Standard Room or $75 for an Extended Room is required to secure the rental * Alcoholic beverages are only to be served to persons 21 years of age or older. No-host bars are NOT allowed nor are cash bars. The museum does not have a liquor license and does not accept responsibility for service of alcoholic beverages during events. * SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED anywhere within the museum This is cause for immediate expulsion of the individual involved. Smoking is only allowed outside at least 50 feet away from any entrance door. * Photographs taken of or including images of displays must be for personal use only. Please observe those areas where photographs are not permitted. * Painting or any other form of redecorating is prohibited. Likewise, the use of glitter, tape, nails, thumbtacks or staples is prohibited unless previously approved by the museum staff. * Cancellations that occur 30 or more days in advance will result in deposit being returned. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will result in deposit being retained by the museum. * Renter and guests shall pay and hold the museum harmless from: - any and all claims for damages to persons or property incurred or arising from their use of the museum’s property or grounds. - any and all debts or dues of or demands or claims against the Renter or for services or for labor performed or material with respect to such use. -any and all liens, attachments, suits, causes of action, costs and expenses and attorney’s fees with respect to or arising from said use.
