Terms and Conditions

PROVISION OF SERVICES: ProAudio Events provides entertainment and multimedia services as per the specifications requested by the Client. These services will be ideal for events such as Weddings, Quinceañeras, and Corporate Events. ProAudio Events guarantees that the DJ services will be ready to perform promptly at the event's start time, as agreed upon in this contract. PAYMENT: The Client agrees to make the payment of the final amount owed on the date specified in this contract. This payment is in exchange for ProAudio Events committing to provide the specified quantity of services within the agreed-upon timeframe outlined in the pages of this contract. DEPOSIT: The Client agrees to make a non-refundable deposit of $______ at the time of booking to secure the session date. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount of services provided by ProAudio Events. CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit Fees: All deposit fees are non-refundable. Client-initiated Cancellation: A minimum notice of 30 days is required to cancel this contract by the Client. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be provided. If the cancellation is due to reasons beyond the Client's control, ProAudio Events will allow redemption for other services within a maximum period of 30 days or rescheduling of the requested services to a different date, with a guarantee of up to 2 years for the completion of such services. ProAudio Events-initiated Cancellation: If ProAudio Events initiates the cancellation, a full refund, including the deposit fee, will be processed within 3 business days of the cancellation.
