About Caldwell Snyder Gallery

Weekday, daytime (and some evening) rentals, targeting corporate events, will consider some photo shoots and other rentals. Caldwell Snyder Gallery is a haven of arts and culture amidst San Francisco’s Union Square. The two story, 6,000 square foot space can hold 180 people. Established in 1983 in San Francisco, Caldwell Snyder Gallery represents 50 artists from the US, Europe, and Latin America. Renters of the gallery space don’t just get access to the beautiful, light-filled space and accommodations, they also get to experience unique and ever-changing museum quality exhibitions of contemporary art from all over the world. Caldwell Snyder is a stand alone building that does not share space with other businesses or tenants. The space offers two bathrooms, an elevator, rooms that can be used as conference or private meeting spaces. In addition to the Sutter Street entrance, there is a second entry point in the back, so caterers and rental companies can use a separate entrance. The layout of the space is open and airy, but lends itself to allow many people to hold different conversations while maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The space is ideal for businesses and organizations who want to offer a calming, art-filled space for people to work, recharge, and connect.
