And on your Wedding Day....
*We will coordinate the set-up of Ceremony & Reception Sites- including the set-up of seating cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes, cookies, cake, chair coverings & linens, floral designs, etc.
*Coordinate client needs and event details with vendors; includes coordination of timing with each vendor throughout the day
*Meet and direct Guests upon arrival
*Coordinate Wedding Ceremony (if needed)

*Pack & load all clients' belongings at end of reception; including gifts, toasting flutes,, guest book, etc.
