My husband and I spend a lot of time hiking on the Knobstone Trail. When we were planning our wedding we wanted something very small and personal. By chance, we found The Destination as we were in the beginning of our wedding planning. Tom and Denise were happy to accommodate us, and our family as we put together a very intimate wedding with our family. They prepared the rehearsal dinner and the wedding dinner, and breakfasts for our family. They made sure we didn't have to think about anything once the weekend arrived. Additionally, things we weren't thinking about, they recommended that we consider (aka outdoor heaters). Every request I made was met with an enthusiastic yes, and Denise was happy to pull from her antique inventory to make sure the aesthetic fit our theme. They've continued to add to their capacity as a B&B. Their setting, with the expansive view that shows sunrise and sunset would be a perfect place for rustic larger weddings down the road. I can't think of a better professional combination than a retired shop teacher and a home-ec teacher, as a team to run a B&B. They are a kind and enthusiastic couple.
