Plunsana Cold Plunge and Sauna Studio is a purpose-built contrast therapy wellness center and event space located in the heart of St. Petersburg, FL. Designed to promote calm, clarity and connection, our space includes hot/cold contrast therapy amenities, red light therapy, breathwork and meditation zones, open studio lounge and indoor and outdoor space with full amenities. Whether you're planning a private celebration, community gathering or professional event, Plunsana offers a serene and flexible setting that supports meaningful experiences.
Founded by certified breathwork facilitator and corporate wellness consultant Michael Thomas, Plunsana also offers transformational team-building workshops and customizable retreat packages. Clients can rent the space on its own or choose from a range of guided wellness experiences designed to reduce stress, boost team cohesion and elevate well-being.
