Small conference room (seats 2-6) $25/hr., $90 ½ day, $175 full day. Table style only. Medium conference room (Seats 7-18) $35/hr., $130 ½ day, $250 full day. Boardroom or classroom style. Large conference room (Seats 14-50) $55/hr, $240 ½ day, $400 full day. Boardroom/square for 24-32, classroom 24-39, pods 24, theatre/lecture 50. X-large conference room (Seats 40-80) $85/hr., $325 1/2 day, $600 full day. Wide variety of configurations. "Fieldhouse" 1/2 day $800, Full day $1,500. Seats up to 300 and may be split between dining/lecture areas. Contracted events must be alcohol free, based on City zoning. All beverages and AM/PM snacks must be purchased through venue. Full day all-inclusive food/beverage packages through preferred vendors available. Clients may bring in own "potluck style" food with waiver and additional fee. Ask about monthly and multiple booking specials.
