For more than 20 years, Central Park has been a place to play, connect, learn and have fun. However, after two decades, the facility was due for renovation and expansion to better meet the needs of the community. Central Park is currently under renovation with an anticipated reopening during the fall of 2025. The renovated facility will include: - Increased public gathering spaces in the indoor park area - Enclosed indoor amphitheater - Updated Lookout Ridge Indoor Playground with birthday party spaces - Increased parking and pedestrian access to the facility - An addition of 12,000 square-foot multi-purpose space that accommodates up to 340 people, with the flexibility to divide into smaller meeting spaces - Meeting rooms for a variety of group sizes - Increased areas for art and rotating public art displays - Enhanced technology in the various program spaces - Indoor park space with water feature and improved lighting - Accessibility enhancements
