Raving Review for Wanda's Studio and Staff — An Eventective User from South Garland High School Class of 1969

From the moment the SGHS Class of 1969 Reunion Committee and volunteer classmates arrived, to the last person out the door, every moment of this event was gloriously exciting! Only through the unexpected and extra assistance by Wanda’s Studio staff was our reunion easily pulled off with perfection! Main highlights of renting Wanda’s Studio and working with the staff for your special occasion: (A) Studio’s Rental Spaces - Wanda’s Studio has numerous areas for use during events. The entry area presented a welcoming and pleasing start to our event. A reception desk was decorated and made useful for paperwork tasks. Adjacent to the reception desk was a wall TV monitor that played our PowerPoint presentation with music. We placed a decorated table complementing the presentation’s theme. Next, the short adjoining hallway leading to the main event space held additional tables decorated with photos and mementos of our high school days. It was a perfect setup to have high school memorabilia in a separate area where attendees could peruse the annuals and photos! Finally, the largest rental space is like a huge banquet room! There is a large stage for a band or D.J.; however, speakers are available to play downloaded music from your phone or a flash drive. Numerous on-site tables and chairs are available to use throughout all rental areas and were arranged by Wanda’s staff according to our specifications! Although many tables were needed for specific uses, there was never an area too crowded to obscure views or walking space. In addition, an adjoining room made for a fantastic and fun setting for a photo booth!; and (B) Wanda’s Studio Staff - (1) Abby was the main point of contact for questions about any aspect of renting Wanda’s Studio. She made this task flow seamlessly, fun and perfectly tailor-made especially for our reunion event. Her working knowledge of creating and producing events of all occasions greatly benefited our special occasion. Overall, you will find Abby to be a beautiful, happy and confident person whose goal is for the renter(s) and the attendees to be pleased with the event’s outcomes. (2) Wanda was our initial person-to-person contact to finalize the needed information for the rental contract. Just like Abby, Wanda is a beautiful, happy person, also with an easy-going manner. She made the rental contract process happen without glitches. She gave us a tour of the event space and exhibited a plethora of knowledge and recommendations regarding our upcoming event. (3) . Randy was the security guard for our event. Randy is a down-to-earth guy who takes his job and security tasks seriously by providing a safe but fun atmosphere for all present. Wanda, Abby and Randy never ceased to amaze me throughout the entire rental process. You're going to love Wanda’s Studio and Wanda, Abby and Randy! We do!!
