We are a 33ft long self-contained food truck with a built -in smoker aboard. We specialize in smoked meats. Pulled pork, Pulled chicken, Brisket, Dinosaur Beef Ribs, Pork Belly, St Louis Ribs, Smoked Sausage, Short Rib. All our side dishes are homemade. The truck on-site can serve 200 people per hour. We can also cater and deliver the food to the venue as well.
