"To capture the very essence of a person in a single photograph”...this is the motivation behind Tanya Constantine’s photography. Her love for seeing life through a lens began as a teenager, photographing her father, American-French actor Eddie Constantine. After training as a dancer for many years, Tanya also developed a fascination for capturing the beauty of movement. Since then Tanya’s photos have made their way around the world on billboards and posters from Europe to Malaysia, from Poland to the USA. Tanya strives to express to the viewer exactly what was going on at the exact moment a photograph is taken. Being a leading Bay Area photographer for nearly two decades, she has recently moved to Sonoma County. There, she continues her journey in her art, embracing each exciting change in the digital world of photography and perpetually searching for the next best shot.
