Pricing: $199 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, plus a $250 cleaning fee. Late night after midnight is $300 per hour, until 2 AM. Monday to Thursday, events run from 3:30 PM to midnight. Friday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 1 AM. The hour after midnight is $300. Setup and move out happen within your booked time.
Yes, and it is free. About 37 spots right in front of the building, and after 7 PM the whole plaza opens up with more than 100 additional spaces.
A 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event. A refundable $500 damage deposit is required for every booking and is returned after the event if there is no damage. Cancel 30 or more days before for a full refund, 7 to 30 days for 50%, and within 7 days bookings are non refundable.
