The University Club of Rockford is located in what was formerly the Forbes Family Home on the Rock River in downtown Rockford and provides a unique atmosphere for all occasions. Whether it is a business meeting, wedding reception, class reunion, cocktail party or corporate picnic, our goal is to provide wonderful food with innovative style and service. Our unique menu created by our own Chef, Jason Kovanda, is sure to please event the most discerning palate. The University Club of Rockford has several banquet rooms available that can accommodate many types of events and group sizes. Our main floor and grounds can accommodate approximately 250 people for a Wedding Ceremony and Reception, Class Reunion or other large events. Our second floor can accommodate small groups of 5 or more up to 75 people. Newly remodeled in 2007, the University Club has an elevator that can be accessed from all levels of the building. The University Club of Rockford has a Chef on hand and can customize all types of menus to accommodate the needs of our guests. The University Club of Rockford also provides a full service bar as needed.

Mary's Market Bakery & Cafe is a fast and casual cafe with a full service bakery and catering kitchen. All our foods are made from scratch daily without using preservatives. We have an on-site, beautiful new banquet room that seat 75 guests with private restrooms and separate entrance to the Cafe. 80" flat screen TV for wireless power point presentation or can be used for photo collage. Full service bakery offers custom created cakes, desserts, pies and fresh breakfast pastries.
