We are delighted to host a wide range of events including weddings, wedding showers, baby showers, Quinceañeras, birthday celebrations (such as Sweet 16s and 90th birthdays), and various other special occasions.
We offer several distinctive event spaces, including the Exhibition Gallery, which features an industrial-chic design with exposed brick and steel-frame windows. The Ziock Ballroom provides an elegant setting with over 16-foot ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and access to a pre-function area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Davis Park and the Rock River. We also offer The Top for rooftop ceremonies and a large bridal suite for day-of preparation for the bride and bridesmaids.
Our versatile event spaces can accommodate a wide range of guest counts. For larger events, our Ziock Ballroom can host up to 240 guests using half the space, and over 480 guests utilizing the entire ballroom. We can comfortably host events for groups of 50-60 guests, up to 100 guests for events like baby showers, and up to 200 guests for ceremonies and receptions.
Yes, we proudly provide all food and beverage services for events held on our property, ensuring a seamless and exceptional culinary experience crafted by our talented in-house team. All weddings are serviced by our in-house culinary team.
Our room rental fees typically include all necessary tables, chairs, your choice of black or white table linens, a dance floor, and risers for your head table (for weddings).
Yes, we offer discounts on event rental fees for events that also utilize our in-house food and beverage services. These discounts are given based on your food and beverage spend.
Access to the event space for setup or drop-off the night before is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Access on the morning of the event will be communicated closer to your date based on availability. Receptions typically conclude by midnight, and all decor and items must be removed the night of the event to accommodate potential bookings for the following day.
