Exceptional Service, Outstanding Food, and a Professional Partner in Dawn! We recently held our annual banquet at **Lake Shore Country Club**, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the evening was truly terrific. The **food and service** were absolutely outstanding. In fact, many of our members reached out afterward to say it was the best meal we’ve had in the history of our event! The staff’s attention to detail was incredible—I don't think my water glass ever dropped below half-full; they were on top of every refill before I even noticed I needed one. Working with **Dawn** was a breeze. She is professional, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we hit some last-minute logistical hurdles with guest counts and seating changes, the team handled the hectic situation with grace and flexibility.
