Pricing includes use of specified room for a 3-hour event, 2 hours of load-in, 1 hour of load-out, and pre, during & post event cleaning . Access to dressing rooms, showers, office space and in-house tables and chairs are also included. Additional time may be added to your event. We do not have a set end time so you can keep the party going for as long as you wish. Live music is allowed. We are able to assist you with booking talent. We also offer a professional production crew to make sure everything runs perfect. Production pricing varies and depends on your event needs. Additional cost for catering, linens, bar packages. and venue staff. No outside alcohol allowed. Outside catering is allowed with a buyout fee of $10/per person.
