Pricing is all-inclusive and based upon (1) hour set up time, (4) hours event time and (1) hour tear down. More time may be added for an extra fee, if desired. Pricing includes: set up, tear down, tables & chairs in stock, security, guest services, cleaning before, during and after your event, (10) parking spaces in gated on-site lot. We also offer state-of-the-art sound and lighting, comprehensive audio visual equipment along with a professional production crew. Pricing is based upon your production needs for your event. Outside catering is allowed with a catering buyout fee. No buyout fee is a Preferred Caterer is used. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
Terms and Conditions
50% of the total estimated balance is due upon booking, balance is due (7) days prior to the event date.
The Encore Room hosts our VIP events and can accommodate up to 150 seated guests and 250 guests reception style. Reminiscent of a chic speak-easy, the authentic brick walled carpeted venue also includes a pool table and stylish step and repeat backdrop that was originally a vintage set prop piece.
