Tucked into the rolling farmland of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Five Birds Farm is a historic, family-run property rooted in land stewardship, beauty, and gathering.
Our centuries-old homestead is home to restored barns and cottages, seasonal gardens, wild fields, and a working train station that still welcomes guests by rail. What began as a commitment to preserve a beloved historic property has grown into a full-circle destination where nature, celebration, and community come together.
With decades of combined experience in event production, sustainability and farming, we approach every celebration with intention and care. Our gardens are actively cultivated using regenerative, permaculture-driven practices, with flowers grown specifically for the celebrations they will become part of.
From immersive ceremony spaces to lush, garden-forward tablescapes and installations, florals at Five Birds Farm are not an add-on – they are woven into the experience itself.
Picture guests arriving by train at a private countryside stop, sipping cocktails among fields and flowering borders, and dancing late into the night inside a century-old barn softened with candlelight and flowers cut that very morning. Weddings at Five Birds Farm feel effortless, immersive, and deeply personal – shaped by the season, the landscape, and the people gathering within it.
This is our home. We are honored to share it with you.
