Rev. Byron, the Best Wedding Minister in the Region since 1983 performed our ceremony in Kansas. We had a Proxy and two witnesses as required in Kansas. Since Georgia inmates can't get Marriage Licenses in Georgia, Rev. Byron does all the ceremonies in Kansas. If the inmate is unable to call at the required time, the marriage is legal by virtue of the Proxy and the two witnesses.
