It depends on the space. The Barrel Room seats 50 to 75. The Barn & Lawn holds up to 900. The Vineyard Experience / Stage Lawn seats up to 300. A full-property buyout accommodates 2,000 or more. Tables and chairs are provided for up to 300 guests; beyond that, additional seating comes through your own rental vendor.
Every rental includes tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, glassware for all wine and beer purchases, pouring staff, and two non-alcoholic drinks per guest on request. Our wedding packages add a bridal ready room and parking for up to 100 cars. A dance floor, lighting and sound are each available for $500.
Yes. Outside vendors are welcome as part of a private event, but they must be fully self-sufficient for setup, cleanup and teardown. Our staff run the facility, pour drinks, maintain glassware and dishes, and prepare and serve any pre-ordered menu items; they are not available as additional wait staff or setup crew. Please provide contract and insurance information for any vendor servicing your event.
Yes. Everything on our menu is available to pre-order, and we build charcuterie and grazing tables in three sizes: small $300, medium $500 and large $700. Pre-ordered menu items apply for parties under 50 guests. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all food and beverage.
Yes, $15 per guest, covering beer and wine for your exact guest count. Guests can spend that total on glasses or bottles, and any remaining beer or wine at the end of the event is yours to take home. If the guest count grows, the beverage minimum rises with it.
We offer two. The Barn/Lawn wedding is $6,000 and the Vineyard Experience / Stage Lawn wedding is $5,000. Both run 11am to 8pm and include a bridal ready room, parking for up to 100 cars, round tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, glassware for all wine and beer purchases, and pouring staff. Event insurance is due 30 days before the event.
50% of the event deposit is due the day the contract is signed. The remaining event space deposit is due 7 days before the event. For weddings, event insurance is due 30 days prior. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all food and beverage.
Weekend rentals, Friday through Sunday, run 11am to 8pm. Weekday rentals, Monday through Thursday, run 9am to 9pm. Hourly rentals are also available for the Barrel Room and the Barn & Lawn.
