Originally opened in 1927 as a Shriners auditorium, the Altria Theater has recently undergone major renovations to return it to the showpiece it once was. Minaret-like structures flank the central pointed arch entryway. The Grand Ballroom and VIP Lounges, along with various lobbies, lounges and window niches, feature arabesque or geometric tile work in rich Middle Eastern colors. The Center offers 12 different spaces that will fit your needs and can accommodate up to 350 people! The RVA Event Space, is approximately 6,000 sf of space and holds up to 400 in the event space, with room for an additional 300 people with use of the outdoor patio. The converted warehouse is a flexible space and can be set up in banquet, reception, or theater style. The space was once a part of a former cardboard manufacturing plant and warehouse, and was converted to an event space in 2003.
The maximum capacity to sit-down events at Plant Zero is 350 people. The maximum capacity for cocktail-style events is 400. There is a parking lot at the entrance as well as street parking. Included with the basic space are tables and chairs. Add-ons that can be provided include staging, event lighting, audio, lecterns, curtains, video projection. Dogs are allowed.
We have four different venues onsite, that will work for parties from 20 up to 450 guest.
We have onsite catering, lighting, sound and video systems, tables, chairs, table service wares, and most every thing you need for a great, and stress-less event. We can customize and personalize our offerings to work with your vision and most any budget..

The Hippodrome Theater Venues
Our beautiful facility has been in operation for just over a year and is available for hosting events. Our facility includes a large banquet/ballroom that can accommodate different events. With the two air walls opened, the center is just under 6,000 square feet and also two smaller meeting rooms with just over 600 square feet of space each.

The venue includes a 2500 square foot reception hall with a maximum seating capacity of 150 and 200 for standing reception. The room is tastefully decorated with a cathedral ceiling, beautiful chandeliers and a permanent dance floor. Also included in the rental is a full kitchen and a 20 x 30 room adjacent to the hall that can be used for serving food and bar setup.
The outdoor ceremony site is conveniently situated to the banquet hall for easy access. The well landscaped, terraced gardens, attractive stone pathway, gazebo and quiet rustic setting are the perfect setting to exchange your vows.

SILVER HEARTH LODGE is a private and gated wedding facility that encompasses the very top of Bent Mountain on 40 acres...we are the ONLY PRIVATE MOUNTAIN TOP WEDDING VENUE IN THE ENTIRE SOUTH EAST. The elevation is 3000' above sea level with views of the Roanoke Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains that go on and on and on for as far as the eye can see.
