The Richmond Olympic Oval is an ideal venue for a wide range of events, including corporate events, team off-sites, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation ceremonies, and alumni gatherings.
Our largest event space, the Legacy Lounge, can comfortably host up to 120 guests for a stand-up reception or 96 in a seated-banquet reception. For larger events, the Legacy Lounge can accommodate up to 300 when combined with access to the Olympic Experience. The exact capacity is determined by your chosen setup.
No, outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are not permitted. We partner exclusively with Truffles Fine Foods, our onsite caterer, who provides all catering services and handles any necessary liquor licensing. Their menus are available for your selection.
