For weddings, a security deposit of $1500 is due to book a date. Following that, a 50% payment based on your estimate is due five months prior to the event, a 25% payment based on your estimate is due two months prior to your event, and your final balance is due 10 days before your event, as final guaranteed counts are also due at that time. A security deposit is required to reserve a date for any wedding.
For other events, a $500 deposit is required to reserve the date. Final guest counts are due 14 days prior to the event and payment 10 days in advance.
We can accept check, cash, money order/bank checks, or credit cards for payment. Please be advised that there is a 3.99% credit card processing fee that is assessed by the merchant service processing company when running a credit card.
