The outdoor patio and lawn—designed by the renowned Olmsted Brothers landscape architecture firm—are perfect for lawn games, casual dining, food trucks, and large-scale outdoor gatherings. With heritage trees and garden views, the grounds offer a welcoming, park-like setting for both daytime and evening events. Inside the mansion, guests have access to a collection of distinctive rooms including the Great Room, Reception Room, Tea Room, Library, Billiards Room, Sun Porch, and additional upstairs spaces. These rooms can be combined or reserved individually, allowing events to be customized based on size, flow, and purpose. Clise Mansion offers indoor-only, outdoor-only, or combined indoor/outdoor event packages: Indoor capacity: up to 150 guests total (largest single room accommodates up to 60) Outdoor capacity: up to 400 guests Our base event rental begins at $2,500 and is designed to be simple, transparent, and inclusive. Clients may bring in their own licensed caterers, and food trucks are welcome. Food trucks can also be sourced through Clise Mansion upon request for an additional fee. All events include in-house bar service, with a $3,000++ minimum, customized to suit your event style and guest list.
