The Farm at Spring Valley offers a 3,800 sq. ft. heated and air conditioned event barn with handicap accessible parking. The reception area features a brick floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace and dimmable chandelier lighting. We have tables, white wooden folding chairs, and white linens for up to 160 guests with staff on site for set up assistance, take down, and janitorial service. The ceremony courtyard has string lights and offers sunset views of the rolling hills. The large covered porch has a gas fireplace, making this space perfect for a cocktail hour or inclement weather ceremony location. Use of the ceremony arbor, 4 whiskey barrels and 2 large wooden spools are included. There are plenty of locations on property for ceremony location, wedding photos, and engagement photos.
