Pricing varies based on the size, complexity, location, planning timeline, and level of support required. Corporate planning typically starts at $5,000, nonprofit and private event planning typically starts at $3,500, and Event Rescue services start at $2,000.
Yes. A signed service agreement and retainer are required to officially reserve planning services and secure your event date.
Unless specifically stated in your proposal, venue, catering, rentals, entertainment, transportation, décor, and other third-party vendor expenses are separate from our professional planning fee.
The earlier, the better, especially for conferences, corporate events, fundraisers, and larger programs. However, we also offer Event Rescue and last-minute support when availability permits.
Gold Standard Events Consulting is based in Southern California and serves clients throughout the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas. Travel for events outside the region may also be available.
