Tours are set for each Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3pm to 6pm omitting holidays.
The security, damage and save the date deposit of $350 CASH is due the day the event contract is signed. Its refundable up to 15 days via CashApp, Zelle, or Pay Pal if there are no issues after official inspection after your event.

Yes we have a 1st floor entry. The Ballroom is all one floor.
We have lots of parking spaces.
We are available for large events on Fridays, 3pm to 2am. Saturdays from 12 noon to 2am and Sundays from 1pm to midnight. We have other time on various days during the business day for meetings etc.
A Step to Gold has recently lowered their pricing per hour to $175 minimum of 4 hours. Any extra hours needed 5th hour up, we discount the extra hours rate to $150 per hour.
We are only permitted to allow Beer in Cans and Wine to be served at ASTG. No liquor license is required just for serving beer and wine only. Per our insurance requirements a Security Guard is mandatory at ASTG. We have Sgt. Johnson who is Dad and now son have been with us over 25 years. Sgt. Johnson arrives at the time of your serving, fee is $60 minimum of 4 hours paid in CASH that night. He stays to lock up the ballroom upon your exit so be prepared to pay Sgt Johnson any extra hours in cash. (Raleigh Police are $100-$125 per hour)
Yes we do and that is one of your tasks to decide. You can bring food from home or professional caterer. You or an appointed representative will be responsible to be here for the delivery and removal of same. We do have an oven and stove top for WARMING ONLY. No fresh cookingl We do have a microwave and apartment size refrigerator for your use.
Our sound system can be used in place of a DJ or Band. Bring your playlists and connect in to our 4 - 2400 watt speakers - the fee is $100 for the entire event.
Clean up fee is mandatory for ASTG - its $200. Renter will be responsible to sign the protocols sheet and sign upon completion. Leave that on the table upon leaving to assist in having your deposit returned.

Our wedding was held here on October 15,2022. We held the ceremony outside on the spacious balcony and moved inside for the reception. The venue was reasonably priced and the staff were helpful every step of the way. We would recommend this venue for any event.
