ADM Special Occasion is a wedding and event planning company serving Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, with a focus on Providence, Newport, Westerly, and the South Coast. Founder Bunmi brings more than 20 years of hotel and hospitality operations leadership, including with Marriott properties, so every event runs with the calm, detail-driven precision of a luxury hotel. We offer Full Planning, Partial Planning, and Day-of/Month-of Coordination for weddings, rehearsals, galas, corporate events, and milestone celebrations. From timelines and vendor management to setup, guest flow, and breakdown, we handle every moving piece so couples, families, and hosts can be fully present. Our work is guided by three principles: Attention, Dignity, and Meaning.
