At our beautiful, historic 1840 mansion, we schedule weddings, bridal or baby showers, meetings, reunions, fundraisers, etc.
For weddings the deposit is $300, which is refundable and holds your date and in case there is damage to the house. The wedding rental fee is $1800 for 1/2 day on Friday and all day on Saturday.
For small events the deposit is $100, which is refundable and holds your date. The rental fee is $400 for Friday/Saturday events and $300 for Sunday through Thursday events.
