Welcome to the Venue at Flat Rock !
The Venue at Flat Rock offers a charming rental space within the St. John Neumann Church complex located in Powhatan Va. Just miles from 288 . Our facility includes a reception hall that can be rented independently, as well as a picturesque private outdoor area featuring a gazebo for wedding ceremonies and outdoor events.
The reception hall has a maximum seating capacity of 150 guests and features a permanent dance floor, elegant chandeliers, round tables, 150 banquet chairs. Additionally, we provide eight-foot and six-foot rectangular tables, along with cocktail tables.
In addition to the mentioned features, our venue offers several other amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. These include a flexible vendor policy, caterer of choice, spacious dressing rooms, a well-equipped warming kitchen, and a dedicated 20 x 30 room that can be used for a bar setup or buffet arrangement. We had my daughter's wedding on January 15. The venue and manager were wonderful to work with. Everything was ready on time and they were very accommodating of special requests. We had a wonderful wedding and I would highly recommend this venue for an affordable but lovely place to hold a wedding/reception.
