The ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests.
Suite B can accommodate 30-70 guests depending on the event.
Your standard room rental includes a 12-hour rental window with access to our ballroom, serving room, and two private suites. We also provide our PA/AV system, projector, cafe lights, ten 66-inch round tables, four 6-foot rectangular folding tables, white folding chairs, two 8-foot mobile counters on casters, and all cleaning fees.
Our standard rental rates range from $2,200 to $4,000 for a 12-hour window, depending on the day of the week and event date. We also offer custom packages and can occasionally accommodate discounted partial-day rentals for shorter evening gatherings.
For Suite B, we have a $550/hour beverage minimum, with a minimum of two hours. If the beverage minimum is not met the balance will be converted to a venue fee.
We have an open vendor policy. You are welcome to bring in the licensed caterers, and other event professionals of your choice at no additional fee. We also maintain a curated list of suggested local vendors if you need recommendations. We are the exclusive bartending service for The Baker Building and Suite B.
Yes, free parking is located conveniently close to the building for you and your guests.
Absolutely. A common setup for the ballroom is to arrange your dining tables around the perimeter of the ballroom with ceremony chairs placed in the center. After the ceremony, the chairs can be moved to the tables, instantly opening up the dance floor for your reception.
Many of our couples make use of Suite B during their cocktail hour. Suite B is available to rent during the cocktail hour/room flip, where guests can purchase beer, wine, and wine cocktails. For smaller weddings, couples may rent both spaces to hold their ceremony in one venue and the reception in the other.
Yes, our rentals include a complimentary 60-minute walkthrough and rehearsal prior to your scheduled event date.
Yes, we offer optional packages that can include extended day-before setup and rehearsal time, as well as next-day load-out. The day before is offered at a 50% discount (excludes Saturdays), and $200 for a next day load out. Our staff will always fold and put away the tables and chairs after an event, as well as clean the venue.
Yes, bookings require a refundable security deposit. Additionally, clients are required to obtain special event liability insurance (typically providing up to $1M in coverage), which is standard practice for private events.
