Sitting on the banks of the historic Columbia River, the Portland Yacht Club makes the perfect venue for a variety of events. Founded in 1908 as a motor boat racing club, the venue boasts nostalgic decorations and stunning views of the North Portland Harbor and the Hayden and Tomahawk islands.

Beautiful setting for an Event
- An Eventective User
Portland Yacht Club was our choice for celebrating a birthday/family reunion event with 95 guests. Every detail was perfect, from meeting the event coordinator & the club manager to the day of the party. PYC is such a beautiful setting. Tables in the grand ballroom were set with exquisite linens & flowers, and the chef prepared an incredible luncheon. (This chef is amazing). I still receive compliments that It was the best birthday and family gathering ever! Extra kudos to event planner Ashley Wilson & Chef Paco and their courteous staff for their creativity, dedication, and professionalism. Thank you, PYC, for a wonderful day!
