Nate Meeds is a Portland-based photographer with more than 20 years of experience behind a camera. His approach to weddings is documentary at heart. Less about manufacturing perfect moments and more about paying attention to what’s actually happening. A former couples therapist, Nate brings a calm, easy presence to wedding days, helping couples forget about the camera and stay present with the people they love. Meanwhile, he’s looking for the good stuff: real laughter, family dynamics, small gestures, and all the in-between moments nobody could have planned. The result is honest, creative, visually distinct photography that captures more than what a wedding looked like.
