We take your general ideas, making them specific and actionable by your team. - Distributing this Event Plan and Setup Letter to all your service providers, and following up on any of their questions or concerns - Acting as your liaison to all vendors, for the ease of one point of contact and ensuring clear communication regarding any last-minute changes - Collecting small items such as guest book, toasting glasses, favors, etc. the week of the wedding and ensuring that they are set up correctly according to your wishes - Assisting your officiant at your wedding rehearsal, and explaining the processional and recessional procedures to the wedding party - Onsite coordination of the setup period, ceremony, and reception, from beginning to end, to ensure that everything looks the way you imagined it would, that all instructions are followed, and all services provided as agreed.
For the event or wedding client who needs more than just day-of coordination, but who is comfortable doing some of the legwork. Popular versions of this package include a "kick-off" consultation to determine budget, ideal venues, and vendor list. Client is provided with a planning checklist and calendar of due dates; client then manages event on own during the "middle" phase of planning. Planner and client meet again in the final months for month-of and day-of coordination. May also include several aspects of full planning on an a la carte basis; customized packages available on request.

If your event or wedding is 6-18 months out, then these services associated with full or partial wedding planning are available: - Design sessions where your ideas of color, texture, cultural and thematic elements are explored; and ultimately rendered into a cohesive overall look and feel that expresses your personal tastes - Phase One planning: sourcing and selecting venue and all service providers - Design procurement and general contracting for all your décor and stylistic needs such as lighting, linens, rental pieces, furniture, floral, and installations - Advising you on allocating your wedding budget for maximum effectiveness according to your priorities - Vendor research and recommendations to secure the service providers that will carry out your desired wedding concept - Attending vendor meetings with you or on your behalf, to make certain that no important details or questions are overlooked and acting as your vendor liaison - Contract negotiation and contract review to ensure you are getting the most value out of your service providers - Phase Two of planning: Driving all booked vendors from initial contract to final detailed orders - Regular in-person or telephone consultations to keep you up to date on the planning timeline, as well as any important planning and payment deadlines - Creating a customized calendar showing your important dates and deadlines - Creating a personalized wedding website to help you communicate important information to your guests - Advisory assistance by telephone, fax, and email; like having your own personal advice line - Phase Three of planning: Wrap up, Month-of wedding coordination as well as day-of onsite coordination services.
